Nothing on this website constitutes financial, tax, or legal advice.

Your Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Carry out your own due diligence

• Seek independent legal and financial advice

• Instruct a solicitor for all purchases

• Verify all figures, valuations and investment projections

Property values can rise or fall. No return is guaranteed.

Fees & Payments

​

All fees will be confirmed in your Client Agreement and may include:

• Sourcing fee

• Finder’s fee

• Reservation/commitment fee (non-refundable)

Fees must be paid in full by the deadlines stated.

Refund Policy

​

Reservation and sourcing fees are non-refundable, except where:

• We cancel the service

• We fail to deliver the agreed scope of service

Changes to your personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

AML Compliance

​

Before we can work with you, we must collect:

• Proof of ID

• Proof of address

• Source of funds

Failure to provide these may result in termination of service.

Limitation of Liability

​

We are not liable for:

• Financial loss

• Market changes

• Lending changes

• Structural or legal issues

• Inaccurate third-party information

Our liability is capped at the total fee paid to us.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
